This brief is to build a chatbot for an institution to perform tasks such as scheduling consultations, RSVP to planned events, Accept vouchers and read FAQ's. Services / tools to utilize 1) Ruby on Rails 2) Active Admin 3) PostgreSQL database 4) Twilio API's (WhatsApp) 5) Github for version control Tasks include: Validation of users Appointment scheduling RSVP FAQ’s Technical Requirements 1) Wherever relevant all user response messages should be validated to make sure that a value has been entered and that that value is valid (field validation) 2) Add crud operations for API endpoints as well as activeadmin pages and db tables wherever necessary (see provided schema for reference) 3) Add tests for all required controllers, models and services 4) Use environment variables to store any secrets or credentials where relevant (such as Twilio API keys) Provided Resources 1) Empty Git repo 2) Initial Database Schema (Open to changes as needed in development) 3) Data flow diagram 4) Twilio account details
