Seeking an inside sales associate for a busy real estate team. Candidate should have previous experience in working in real estate sales or previous assistant to real estate agents in the US. You'll Convert, Nurture, and Set Appointments with Buyers and Sellers who call or email into our company using the best lead conversion tools out there, Top Producer, BombBomb, Happy Grasshopper, Fivestreet! - You will work closely with our team of Outside Sales Agents to help set appointments and close on opportunities. Key Activities and Qualities of a Inside Sales Associate ·No accent, prefer a very neutral or American accent, native English speaker preferred. Excellent written English spelling and grammar skills also required for emails. ·Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts. Ability to learn sales scripts to the point that they are second nature · Extremely strong phone voice/skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone · Be a phone animal: willingness and ability to spend 80 to 90% of workday on the phone. This role is primarily virtual with a majority of the time spent on the phone with prospective real estate buyers and sellers. · Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring. · Strong interpersonal skills. Create a sense of comfort and familiarity with leads/clients and is able to build rapport. · Ability to use or quickly learn CRM software, Multiple Listing Service, and other technologies as needed. · Ability to back trace, research and locate a prospect phone number, emails, or social media accounts when only given a name and mailing address. · Passion for selling and appointment setting · Enthusiastic and self-starting approach · Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented. Results-oriented and high achiever. Excellent organizational and time management skills. You will be prospecting for new clients on a daily basis- 6-8 hrs/day. Making 450-600 contacts per week. You will be calling on: 1. Expired Listing/For Sale By Owners 2. Buyers 3. Manage 50+ NEW leads each day & work through and follow up on existing leads to convert into 8-10+ buying and/or listing appointments weekly. Work a full-time work week, 40-60 hours per week. Eastern Standard Time during the hours of 8am-9pm.
