As Australia's leading granny flat builder, we have a decade-long legacy of expertise, exceptional quality, and unbeatable affordability. Granny Flats X is dedicated to crafting granny flats with passion, ensuring unparalleled excellence and customer satisfaction. Role Overview: As an outbound sales agent at Granny Flats X, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for making calls for hooking sales to meet sales targets. Your secondary focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, providing information about our granny flat solutions, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Important Note: Sales agents with British, American, or Australian accents are preferred for these positions. You are required to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney, Australia time. Agent Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and qualify leads to confirm the sale. 2. Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences. 3. Present and demonstrate our granny flats effectively to prospects. 4. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales. 5. Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process. 6. Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and campaigns. 7. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. 8. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. 10. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. 11. Handle outbound Sales calls professionally and efficiently 12. Provide accurate information about our granny flats, services, and promotions. 13. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaint resolution. 14. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 15. Follow communication rules and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service. 16. Meet or exceed call center metrics, including call handling times and customer satisfaction ratings. 17. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. 18. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
