I want to run a behavioral research study for a software that I have designed to show that the software is effective I will need 40 university students to agree to take part in the study and 1 researcher to oversee the study. The 40 students will be broken into 2 groups of 20 with 1 group exposed to the software and 1 group exposed to a dummy/control version of the software which will have no effect. The study will take 1 month for 1 hour a day 5-6 days a week during which time the student will be required to be sitting at a computer (the hour can be any time during the day as long as the 1 hour is complete). The software is a subliminal program that runs in the background of a computer screen so the student will be able to continue working on his everyday work while sitting at the computer and will not be aware of the program running in the background. A University library or University lecture/computer room with students regularly using computers in this room would be ideal. As the software program does use subliminal techniques the students will be required to read a detail of how the program operates and sign a form acknowledging that they accept the outcomes of the research The program is designed to teach students how to type faster. Students will therefore be required to take a "Typing Speed Test" which measures their typing speed before and after the research As the students will not have to do any work other than to be present when the software is running and none of their time will be taken up I am willing to pay them $2/hour I am willing to pay the researcher $10-15/hour. Dear Sir/Madam, Looks like no one did read your the project description because you clearly stated that you are only willing to pay the student $2/hour and the researcher $10-15 per hour. But Sir, what one should have to become the researcher in your experiment?
