I have a few suggestions of the look I like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The site will be named differently but will include much of the same info. if you are talented at copywriting and can spruce up the text that could be included in the final bid. Otherwise use same text and I will change it. Also a simple logo creation. There will be an added section for renters. The winning bidder will get no surprises. I like [login to view URL] as a good example of what I need with a few minor changes, like I said no major changes no surprises. Bid with confidence. You will have to incorporate an admin section password protected of course to upload pictures of houses/ rentals units. Nothing to fancy just a description, price, location and some pictures. I would prefer to use Paypal. Would also need to have you install onto my server and some support in the beginning until I get it up and running.
