exit pop up with contact form and future script work

I need a script to be installed on 2 websites along with an exit pop up created with the contact form script on the two websites. I will provide the contact form script for the two websites. To recap: You may use exit pop code readily available on [login to view URL] for free and i will provide the contact form script that will be displayed within the exit pop up. I will also provide copy text to be inserted within the exit pop up.. You'll be paid $10 per website, with 2 websites to start to see if you understand the job and can do this quickly. Once you get the 2 sites up and we have our exit pops ups and contact form script set up within the exit pop up , I will pay you $12 per website for future work. I have another script i want installed on the websites once you finish this job and more work in near future. I'll provide access to learn and obtain the scripts, and the ftp details to the winning bidder.
