File Share webpart for SharePoint Foundation 2010

We require a SharePoint Foundation 2010 Web part for File Share Bamboo and AvePoint solutions have been tested though are only good for read only. The website must be able to do the following: 1. Be able to view files from a file share in sharepoint list format (would like an option for read only mode). (both solutions tested so far do this well) 2. Be able to upload a new document via sharepoint and it appears in the file share. All documents must be in the fileshare unless explicitaly stated for them to become sharepoint documents. (Bamboo does not do this. You can do this with Avepoint.) 3. Be able to delete a document via sharepoint and it is reflected in the file share. Bamboo does this but Avepoint does not. 4. A user friendly way of editing the document via sharepoint and save it so the changes appear in the file share. Previous examples of web part creation is an essential requirement.
