My last professional experience was as a Spanish-English Virtual Assistant for a Company based on the Unites States, (4 years).
Among my daily responsibilities in my last working experience were:
- Post daily on the company's social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
- Edit and add subtitles to the videos, images and other marketing materials using Canvas, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Sonix softwares.
-Update, edit and translate the Shopify product, blog and landing pages to Wordpress and to Kajabi.
- Develop various administrative tasks, such as: to schedule lessons and meetings, to send marketing and sales promotions emails, using the G Suites, Office, Mailmunch, Kajabi and Mailchimp platforms.
- Answer customers emails, phone calls and provide live chat support.
- Send invoices and handle payment processing for customers.
PLUS:
- I created one books for Kindle based on the company's videos, currently available in Amazon.
- I edited the ebook that was offered free to new subscribers, among others editing projects.
