Hi, I have an Instagram account that currently has just over 200 followers and was builtup without proper strategy. The theme of my Instagram at large is made up of vibrant images that I take but alter (from a little bit to totally). (so not personal photos or just images of places, but focus and play with images I take, I can share via message the Instagram name so you can give me a more detailed estimate) I want it to concentrate in identifying beautiful yet non standard things along travels I made and will make in the future. Attention grabbing positive/strong/warm images. What I need is someone who would manage the account a few hours a week and develop a strategy for growth and lead that strategy through. I would prepare images as we agree and maximum in line with your anticipated criteria for growth as well as at a rate you deem best. I am a fan of throwing hashtags, which I want to continue but perhaps from random you have experience in picking better ones for growth - you will be responsible for text proposals for images and we will conclude them together (Its important not to lose authenticity to me, even though they are not so personal). All in all, I expect you have experience and understanding in timing, placement, picking key words and images as well as leading organic growth. If this growth works, we will have a longer cooperation. I do not expect to be able to pay you too much per hour for now, but we can discuss milesone renumeration. I aim at 15000 followers at first (targets primarily in Europe and somewhat America, but we can also have other parts of the world interest) to start with. Please write to me why you think you are useful for work with Instagram and believe can lead this assignment. I do not want to use other social media outlets for now for this project, primarily because my other work will not allow me to participate as much as likely needed and I cannot afford for now to pay for managing those in parallel. If you prove yourself for the first follower milestone, we can revising all needed for a next milestone in followers.
