As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive digital marketing services, we are seeking an experienced and talented Social Media Marketer to manage our organic posting on Facebook and Instagram. About Us: • Website: [login to view URL] • Specialisation: We exclusively work with builders in Australia. About You You need to be able to prepare posts/reels and show them to me in advance what the feed will look like. I need to see the content, and hashtags. We need you to Increase our brand visibility and engagement on Facebook and Instagram within the Australian builder community. We are a digital agency who on supplies our services to builders in Australia. We need you to develop a strategy, and advise us of this strategy that resonates with our target audience, showcasing our expertise and services. We need to start fostering a sense of community among our followers, encouraging interaction and discussions related to the building industry in the current specific town. Our audience is the Australian builder who lives in local Australian cities and builds new homes for their clients. We want the social media platforms to generate leads and drive traffic to our website. Responsibilities: The selected freelancer will be responsible for: 1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for organic posting on Facebook and Instagram. Each month we have a topic that runs throughout our entire marketing strategy. For example we are currently creating content for February that is related to the topic: SEO For Builders 2. Scheduling and Posting: Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and effective social media presence. We need to see this in advance. 3. Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with our audience to build a strong online community. 4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with: 1. Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically with a focus on Facebook and Instagram. 2. A deep understanding of the Australian builder market, or willing to learn, as it is very different in Australia 3. Creativity and a keen eye for visual design, as you need to be able to create reels and post from the images and recordings we send you. 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with our target audience effectively. 5. Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
