Build a web app platform

ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING! I want to hire your team to build an open source ERP system (like Odoo, or ERPNext) on top of the [login to view URL] platform. But firstly, before building the whole system, let's discuss about the fundamental platform in which the whole system will be built on. My idea about the platform is like the following details: - A dashboard so users can login and manage things - The platform is like an app container. We can install/uninstall apps on it - Every app is plugin-based, so it would be very flexible. Everyone can write or customise plugins for every app - All apps can communicate to each other, so do all plugins - Every app can have its own settings panel - Administrators can set users and Roles Settings - Once a new app is installed, the platform automatically recognises its features and add new options into Roles Settings, so administrators can set Permissions of each Roles for the new installed app - GraphSQL or some kind of Graph database must be implemented into the platform, so in the future we can build artificial intelligence and deep analysis features - The platform contains the apps, apps contain plugins Later, when the platform is ready, everyone can use it to build everything they want, not only an ERP. The Phase 2 of the project is to build an CRM, CMS on the platform. And still, everything is open sourced. If you are interested in this kind of project, please let met know and we will discuss more.
