Hi, my daily activity is to work with excel, I have developed some complete and complex software, like POS for restaurants and retails, made completely on excel .(you can see...here) [login to view URL] I fit the requirements you needs to make this project (as you need only win XP) I can develop it using a MySQL database and Excel, showing a look and feel as you painted in the mock-up. .As a plus, I could give you a login user and user profiles controls, which is important because you will be working with money and invoices implied. It could be installed as a client/server software, so, many people could be working at the same time with the software. Hi there, i can see your requrements, its nice to see that you already have mockups and designs ready... This application can be done in few weeks, that is not a problem (It can be also in few days but i'm working at university so i cant afford more then 3 hours daily for this application for you). We have only one problem, i would ask for more then $250 for this project... For this application i would use MySql database and Hibernate library to connect to it. I also prefer to write it in Java programming language so it will be for any platform (Operating System). if you can afford that then contact me. My work is professional and quality is guaranteed.
