Labview code for taking measurements off 2 oscilloscopes. I have developed the basic code, just needs to be refined so that the variables inside the while loop do not constantly need to be changed if they haven't been altered since the previous iteration. Also, the saving feature isn't very neat. I need to leave the boolean on for roughly 2 seconds for it to be able to record the data. It would be good if that's fixed.

Hello,
My name is Kyle Brezina. I have spent the last 5 years professionally writing LabVIEW code for hybrid power systems controllers. I regularly need to write power meters and data loggers. Coincidentally, I wrapped up a 3-phase power meter last week.
I would be very comfortable with reviewing your code and making your requested changes. I would also provide any additional improvements (with your consent) that I find while working on it.
I could have this back to you for review within 48 hours.
I do work in LabVIEW 2014 or 2015. Would that be acceptable?
I look forward to working with you!
