Data import to Database

This part needs to be completed first: My website sends some emails after my app submits some data to it. I need some of the data submitted to show in the email subject (PASS/FAIL submission result). I also need the same email to be sent to the user that submitted it. This part adds some functionality to the site: Have website import data automatically from a xls files contained in a network folder (windows share) to a database table. Once the files have been imported have to be moved to a different network folder. The date, the source folder, the frequency, the time of the day to run the import and everything else related to the procedure have to be controlled via the website. Log entries with procedure details have to be created for successful or failed import. This has to be created under the 'Settings' tab in a new tab 'Import'. In the 'Buildings' tab add button to execute import ('Manual Import') at any time the button in pushed. I need comments in the source code, please respect the standards used. Write stable secure code. Make sure you read the whole description before bidding.
