Lead Management System for Call Center (Expert Needed) ***Project Description We are looking for a consultant and integration expert for our call center lead management systems. We currently have a 10 seat internet call center and drive leads primarily through PPC. Calls come in for several businesses/product lines that we handle. Our lead systems are a mix of home grown and vendors. Currently we use: -Inside Sales for our dialer, though we will most likely be moving to 59 -IfByPhone for number allocation -A custom .net application for internet lead capture management We need to move our call center to also handle inbound calls from things like DRTV, print ads, direct mail, and so forth as well as outbound calls from lead lists...with awesome tracking and management. The system should be able to scale. We're looking for someone who has been through this project and can serve as a consultant as we move forward, to provide another voice. We have internal people who have experience with this type of thing but are looking to also have someone from the outside involved. Bid prices will mostly be ignored at this point, and are expected to be revised before being accepted. What we're looking for at this point is good candidates to talk to before we firm up fees and such. It is critical that you have plenty of experience with this, if you do not...don't bother posting.
