Hi, I am looking for developers to join my new software consulting company. I am looking for software developers who are skilled, reliable, and who I can build a long term business relationship with. Since the agency is new we are currently looking for projects for any developers that will join the team, the goal is to provide at least 20 hours of work per week for the correct person, and eventually to be able to provide 40 hours per week or more for those who want it. To start I am looking to hire 2 developers, but as we grow I will be adding more, and will hopefully be able to keep a pace of at least 5 new developers to join the team per year. The primary skills I am looking for is some understanding of software architecture and design patterns, a basic understanding of efficient algorithms, a love of programming and development, and the willingness and flexibility to learn and master new languages if necessary. You'll notice that I did not list any specific language requirements, that is because I believe that a good developer is not determined by whether or not they know x language, its determined by their understanding of the software development process, which will allow them to be successful no matter the language being used.
