Need Assistance with running code in new AppDomain

I have a web content management platform that I need to dynamically load and unload dll's to execute the code. Therefore I am Using AppDomainSetup and [login to view URL] and CreateInstanceAndUnwrap to run a proxy class containing my code. All is working well however I have hit a problem. The code in the proxy class needs to access the root application HttpContext. I cannot figure out how to hand this over. I need several hours worth of consultancy to work together with a real .net guru to get to the bottom of this.
