Hi, I have a .NET website in which I have implemented subscription billing using the .NET Paypal SDK. Using this as a base, I think I can have something up and running within 3-4 for days for you. I would use SQLite for the data storage as it does not require external components and is easy to use and configure. I also have experience with the PayPal SDK and API. As this is a dummy project, it will run in a PayPal sandbox and I will set up the appropriate user accounts to allow for proper testing. The application itself would be a simple for allowing for the tester to select a dummy user, select a payment plan and authorize it, change the plan and authorize the changes to test agreement changes.
