Screenwriting Application - Bug Fixes

The application is intended for writing screenplays for movies and entertainment. It works well but it has a few bugs we need to correct. There are three different workspaces in the application: Writing, Structure and Notes. I'll break down the bugs by workspace. WRITING 1) PDF export - The formatting of the PDF needs to be centered. It currently is pushed right up next to the right boarder of the page. In an ideal world there is a function that allows the user to simply export/import straight to and from PDF 2) The mouse scroll wheel only works some of the time. Make the mouse scroll wheel work with each workspace. 3) There are two windows that are open by default; Scene Headings and Characters. When these windows are closed or minimized the writing page moves, adjusting it's placement based on the two windows. The page should not adjust unless the two windows cover or enter the writing area. 4) The Scene Headings window is used to click and dynamically take the user to that particular portion of the document. It gets close and sorta works but it's not always accurate in where it takes the user. When clicked, the document should move to that particular scene in the document, with the indicated scene at the top of the page. STRUCTURE 1) Adding a scene in the structure section is great until there are enough scenes to fill the screen. From that point on the scenes are added but they are outside the scroll area. You can click a scene card and drag it down to adjust the scroll pane and it will reveal the added new scene cards. When you add a scene it needs to adjust the scroll pane size. 2) When leaving the structure section and returning to the writing section, it asks if you want to keep the notes for the text you deleted… even when you didn’t delete any text. It will pop up a window informing you that it will be deleting the lines of text. This does not always happen but on larger documents it is consistent. If you go back to the writing workspace you can use the arrow down and it will reveal the pages that it looked like it had deleted.
