I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Javascript. Objective: Find the best time/date for an appointment within a set of existing appointments based on location and time. Background: We use Google calendar to schedule appointments. When a person calls into our office and requests an appointment we have to search Google calendar to find open times and location for the new appointment. We have four (4) people on our team that we can schedule for appointments. Expectation: Our admin brings up a separate application and types in an address - the application looks at our existing calendar file (.ICS) and provides options for an appointment date/time based on the existing appointments locations and times. We want to schedule future appointments as close to our existing appointments as possible to save on time and fuel.

Hi, I will be happy to help you with that. Google Script web app is a great fit for your description. It can scan the four employees calendars and connect to the maps API. Relevant Skills and Experience When you have a new appointment, the admin will type in the address. The script will get all existing events on the four calendars, then it will get the driving distance between the new address and Proposed Milestones $500 USD - Completion of the project all existing appointments location, then it will show the appointments from all calendars sorted based on the nearest appointments to the new one.
