I need a web scraper tool (desktop software with UI) that extracts data from a single website. Each record is extracted in a relatively simple ~10 steps/clicks. There is a simple visual captcha (fixed background, fixed font color, fixed number of characters, no overlapping) that only needs to be filled once, at the first access. Details of the project will be provided in private, after signing the NDA. Only experienced coders that have completed such projects before will be checked. Please answer the following to be considered: 1. Give me an example of a similar project you've done. 2. What programming language and other eventual helper libraries will you use?

Hi there... If captcha had to be resolved only once per execution, then we can get it done by workaround. I have done a lot of web scraping. I am using C#'s inbuilt libraries only. please reply. thank you!
