Analyse pixels in BMP files using a java program First I want a java program running on Windows (8.1) that reads a pixel on a BMP file and shows the color parameters, that is R,G,B You can Google "getpixel java examples" to see ready-made examples. Then I will build up the program to do other manipulations of graphics. I may go for Apps for mobile devices later. I anticipate the programmer to work from home and jobs will be defined one by one. Total budget after this one is HKD10,000 to 20,000
