131308 database and enquiry field

I have a database file and database already all i need it someone to hook it up to my website. [login to view URL] page and all its fields need to be linked up to the corresponding fields in the database file. secondly the enquiry fields on the site, like the ones at the bottom of [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] all need to be setup so the fields are sent to a specific email address. Thirdly, for the email advice page ([login to view URL]) that is to be hooked up to the database should be made in a way that the information only gets sent to the database once the paypal payment has cleared.
