Resolve slow database issue - immediate start

Hi, I'm a DB expert with strong experience in wide variety of RDBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata and a few others.. I have a solid knowledge in writing and tuning complex SQL queries, functions, stored procedures, etc...
