Technical Content Writer

I need approximately 23 Technical Content Writers on freelance basis for long term. Resource should have good English communication skills, particularly good English research, comprehension and writing skills. English writing experience and relevant educational background would be good, but not required. For home based researcher / writer subcontractors, they should have unrestricted access to a stable computer with a reliable Internet connection. These require them to write technical descriptions of specific Windows processes (EXEs, DLLs, SYSs and so on), specific Windows system errors, specific file extensions (DOC, DOCX, RTF and so on), specific Windows Device Manager errors and so on. For each weekly quota task batch, we send a list of tasks to write about, including the detailed guidelines, instructions and requirements, along with samples. For instance, we need 140++-word technical descriptions of Windows processes. We send a list of 300 Windows processes to a full time senior, in order to fill out his weekly quota of 40,000 to 45,000++ words. A 140++-word description is just one paragraph with more or less five to six sentences. These should of course be unique, according to Copyscape. We give tests for each applicant. This test simulates a set of research and writing tasks that they will need to complete in 24 hours. This test is to not only determine their research and writing skills, but to also determine if they can indeed comply with the weekly quota requirement for their desired post (full time senior or part time junior). Full time senior = INR 15,000/- per 4-week month. Weekly quota is 40,000 to 45,000+++ words of assigned research and writing tasks. For home based subcontractors and subcontractor companies, this weekly quota should be ideally completed in 7 to 8 days (including weekends). Part time junior = INR 7,500/- per 4-week month. Weekly quota is 20,000 to 25,000+++ words of assigned research and writing tasks.
