Sales representative and lead generation for technology company

We have recently launched some software aimed at the recruitment industry and need a good sales person to help generate leads and help build interest in the software. We have found that the recruitment industry is very hard to penetrate so need someone who can revisit dead calls or unavailable clients to finally get through to people within organisations that have the power to engage with our sales people. This may take several repeat calls to the same company before succeeding. We don't want people just to 'tick-off-the-list' as this proves not to generate appointments or leads. We would rather focus on a dozen companies and repeat-call until getting a yes or no answer. We would like to contract people for two bulk sessions per week, 2-6 hours in the first half of the week then 2-6 hours in the second half (depending on budget). We can supply all potential client information and as much information about our software as possible.
