Hello, I understood your requirement, What we suggest to our client if we get the project is: First we will do a KT session with client to understood the requirements, In scope items, Major Functionalities to test, Cross Browser and Environment Scopes, Test cases In-scope (Smoke or Regression TC) on the basis of that will create a doc and get it approved by the Client on same day to save our time more for Testing. On the same day we allocated the testing and start testing the project. As per the client requirement will discuss over the Bug reporting tool and Reporting day and status calls duration and times. As per the Testing : We will start with Smoke and will do System testing. Based on the scope will include the Browser's and Environment's. Side by Side we started writing the Smoke Scripting Suite using Selenium, We have ready made Framework so it will save lots of time as well. After that will start logging the bugs, once the Bugs has been fixed, started a Re testing and Regression over the latest Code. We will share the complete report Week wise with details and round of testing and Bug need to discussed or rejected Bugs. On the bases of final approval of Bugs will consolidate the Report for Sign off on another Environment and Will Do the UAT.
