Cartoon/ Comic Animator for short film

m looking for a animator to collaborate with for my blog to create stills as well as short films no more then five minutes longs. It's a continuing art project and a creative/business relationship that will continue to evolve into something bigger. You can quote me by the minute and/or a monthly salary to produce 3-4 a few minute videos , and 8-10 stills of images. The work will be shown on vimeo, youtube, behance, and social media networks. The artist will also receive credit as well as payment.
