The first is a standard quality, simple to do it. The second one is very professinal one, has some effects and will cost doble or triple than first one... Bodis Robert here. If you check my portfolio,you can see I have architectural renderings. Animation would have the exact same quality. Now I hate working on time budget, since sometimes I work 17 hours a day ,sometimes only 2. i am architect and this is my job to introduce new ideas and present new techniques in home, i will model the house on -cinema 4D software and all animation will be done with c4d it is software specific for animation , i can ensure good quality for video and i can add some text to the video with Final Cut pro for better presentation
