English to German technical translators

Hello there, We are Young Translators, a translation company based in the Netherlands. For a multinational, we want to create a separate team to take on the projects for this client. Therefore, we are looking for multiple freelancers who are looking for long-term collaborations. Please mention these things: - Before you can start working we'll ask you to take a test. After completing this successfully, you'll receive projects from us. - There is a high number of documents that will need to be translated. This means we want freelancers who are available often and prioritize our work before other projects. - We are searching for freelancers with both a translation background as translation-specific knowledge about engineering. - We want you to work via our TMS (Translation Management System) and [Removed for encouraging offsite communication which is against our Terms and Conditions -Section 13:Communication With Other Users]. - Standard compensation will be 4,2 cents per word. - To match the terms of our client we work with longer payment terms (60 days). There are bridging arrangements available of 50% of the first projects compensations within 14 days. We want freelancers who can bridge this period.
