Translate & make a few calls

I am looking for an individual who lives in Italy and speaks/writes fluent Italian. The translation needed is a letter containing some questions about VAT (Value Added Tax) policies in Italy. I have already sent the letter in English to [login to view URL]@[login to view URL], hoping but not really expecting a response. I did not get a response. I am more interested in receiving an answer to my question than in the translation itself. So I am actually looking for someone who is willing to make a few telephone calls to find the right agency/department to contact, and then get an answer to my question (in writing, since I will need to show the response to another company). I know this is a bit unusual and I will need to pay for time spent as opposed to just words translated.
