Freelancing Video Editor

Workflow for the Freelance editors would be as follows: 0) Agree clearly on scope of work between freelance editor and us 1) Our Editor will export very low resolution version of the video/picture/audio file to be put into a Gdrive/Wetransfer. 2) We will give the freelancers edit instructions on where to cut for each lecture and each clip. 3) We will establish what NLE(non-linear editor) the freelancer is using 3) Freelance Editors will cut accordingly and export either the XML or Adobe file that contains the cut information. 4) Freelance editors to send us only the XML/Adobe project file that has been cut with the low resolution clips. [It should be containable via Email] 5) Our Editors will relink the cut and do a final export with the full resolution version of the video. Repeat from (2) onwards for changes. 6) We will request for invoice from Freelancer to enable Grid to make payment 7) We will make payment via Finance End.
