Evolution - 2D Animated Lyric Video

I'm interested in doing a 2D Animated lyric video for one of my songs that is going to be released on iTunes within the next couple weeks. Here's what I was thinking: I would like to have 3 characters in the lyric video all driving in a convertible classic American muscle car (1965 Convertible Mustang). Driving along different sceneries such as: the Ocean coast (PCH), driving through a desert, driving through the mountains and maybe a couple others. I would like the video to begin with my character walking to the car, getting in, starting the engine, turning on the radio (which starts the song) and then begin driving. At :55 in the song, I stop to pick up the second character who sits in the front passenger seat. We continue driving and then at 1:16 we stop to pick up the third character who is holding an electric guitar (telecaster) and proceeds to sit in the back seat. We continue driving. At 2:15 when the guitar solo plays in the song, I would like the third character to stand up in the beck seat and play. Then he sits down after the solo is over. We continue driving and then it ends with us driving from a rear viewpoint into the sunset. The scene fades from wide screen to a circle shape which zooms in on our logo with black background. Then the Title of the song scrolls on and creates the end title page. So, that's basically it, can you let me know how much it would cost? I would also like the lyrics displayed in the video as they are being sung. I can provide you pics of the 3 characters and the muscle car as well if you need it. There are a total of 231 words, but if you don't count the repeated chorus lyrics there are only 138 words. The song is 3:31 in length.
