Live video conversion

Hello. I've decided to place my bid here, because I've done similar ffmpeg streaming projects before. Did you think about utilizing Intel Quick-Sync technology(QSV hw acceleration)?

You might consider to use the NVEnc chips on newer NVidia Cards (e.g. Pascal and above) with ffmpeg. Have experiences with ffmpeg including using it's h264_nvenc library. Awaiting of your kind reply.
