Outbound Phone Calls to the US

I did various outbound accounts and modesty aside I was ranked as the Hard seller or Top seller for the Timeshare account, Diabetics, and promotion of an Online business for adult products. Problem is i do not have an equipment to be able to call US. Do you provide any means to be able to call US?
