I am looking for a virtual assistant who can provide customer support for my business. The ideal candidate will have specific skills and experience in customer service. I anticipate needing a virtual assistant for more than 20 hours per week. We have 30 properties in Marbella Spain that is published online for vacation rentals called Bookinmarbella The job requires handling all the advertisements, photos texts, customer support in portals such as Airbnb, Booking and in our own booking CRM system. The job is also to answer and organise bookings, contact guests on checkin and check out, control of cleaning calendar, make sure guest has filled in the online check in link and are in contact whit their check in person. Organise contract for new properties such as text writing, create new advertisement, marketing in facebook and Instagram and and to continue improve the website that is in wordpress. We are looking for a person that can be responsible and that can work in many system at the time. Tasks: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues - Managing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Providing product information and assistance to customers Skills and Experience: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Previous experience in customer support or a related field
