We are looking for a long term virtual assistant for the following responsibility to be delivered online working from home/office.   What we need? -  Vendor Management (Maintain Database, and Contracts)  -  Create Enquiries for Quotation and Cost Comparison  -  Process Purchase Order  -  Review Purchase Invoices  -  Track Vendor Payments, ( accounts payable) -  Maintain Records of Enquiry, Orders, Invoices Records  -  Create Sales Order and Sales Invoices  -  All records to be maintained in Google sheet online  -  All communication through company email, Internet calls.  What we require ?  - Self driven, Committed, looking for a long term engagement, honest, disciplined, working under pressure to meet timelines, a team player - Good command on English, professional English writing

I think i would be a wonderful employee for you as I have been in the Call Center and office industry for 8 years. I have been with 3 different companies that have maximized my knowledge on sales and marketing. I do speak very good English as I am half Britis but i use a normal american accent.I have worked for mostly american and australian clients. I don't have a background here on freelance as I have just started this account. I have done work on other freelancing websites. I have experience in cold calling and inbound and outbound calls. Reading your post i feel I would be very good at it because its similar to my 3 year job with The American Plaque Company. You can have a look at the company. I did there orders and marketing from start to finish including all the tasks from basic website editing emails calls and etc. Last but not the least I am a very fast learner. This is not my first time working as a virtual assistant. I have worked on this website before as well as several other freelance applications in the past. I have always been given great recommendations and my work is always highly appreciated not to mention well liked among the customers requesting the jobs to be completed by me. I am an honest and reliable worker. I work efficiently and quickly but without errors upon completion. I enjoy being able to have repeat customers and businesses that want to work with me again and again because of how well I did my tasks. I also have experience in many of the related fields involved. Other then beIN a virtual assistant, I have worked in an office for a paralegal an also an office for a lawyer. I also managed another office in a gym for two years. bottom mention 12 years o customer service experience. If given this project, I will truly appreciate the opportunity and I will not let you down. I always complete the job handed to me and I will continue to do so for this project.
