97925 small app required

I need a small desktop app created to batch convert some datafeed files... What the app needs to do: Basically the app will be taking a folder of datafeed files, these datafeed files will be for example 12 columns with url, title, description, image url... etc. They need to be chopped down to a 2 column csv.. (1)Keyword (2)Link.. All blank lines etc. to be cleaned out.. 1. Select a folder containing the datafeed files (csv or txt) 2. Specify the delimiter for the files.. tab, comma, pipe or other 3. Select the 2 columns to extract 4. One Find and replace... for things like "YOURUSERID".. so a userid can be entered and the text will be replaced in all the files. 5. Hit GO.. and output files to the same directory.. Please post questions and suggestions on the PMB.. Example datafeed files, and output files available Max available for project is $25..
