Collect data from web sites

I am looking for someone to find me or make me a list of the names and addresses of all of the union locals in the province of Quebec Canada. These are the local offices of the various unions (government workers union, firefighters union, nurses union, construction workers union, restaurant workers union, etc. every possible union that exists in the province of Quebec in Canada). They are available on the internet via government and other web sites, and also on some CD directories. I do not have the time to search for them and put them all into one excel spreadsheet or simple database and therefore need someone to do this for me. I need ALL the unions with ALL their local offices including: union name, sector, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, web site, contact person with title when available, number of members when available, and any other available information. The final result must have one line per union in an excel spreadsheet or database record, and individual columns for each element of information. If you decide to use a database format it must be a standard format such as Access or Pervasive-SQL or even old dBase, but we must agree on it first. Delimited ASCII format is also ok. Knowledge of the french language would be an asset because Quebec is a french state, therefore the names are in french and UNIONs are called SYNDICATs.
