PlugIn for Saving excel file to the server via the web

I want to creat a plugin like a save button that apears on the excel toolbar that will save the whole excel file to the server online using a user password to aliow ccess to the server online. Work Flow VBA Macro script requires security level settings and in order to avoid this I will need the use of excel addin(plugin) to skip the macro security level setting. The plugin will be written in C# and will work on office windows and Linux. There wont be problems of firewall and security blocking. User can remove this addin in "Add-Ins" in tools menu. Here will be the flow: 1) User download the plugin and install in his pc (install once only). After installing, at first run/save user will be prompted for username, password which will be blank. ftp settings such as server/ipaddress and port will hardcoded into the plugin so as to save these in the user's PC registry. 2). Plugin will enable toolbar and two buttons, "save to server" and "configure server". Toolbar and buttons as shown in enclosed image file copied from the "google connect" toolbar. (see enclosed image file). The configure server button will define the server address arguments (default ftp link will not be seen i.e. will be blank) The plugin will include a filter in the registry so that only the [login to view URL] file will have this specific toolbar and buttons. Other excel files will not have this availability. If user installs the plugin several times, only the last plugin will be viable so that the registry code will be overwritten. 3) user downloads the [login to view URL] the plugin will automatically attached to [login to view URL] application. 4) user open the [login to view URL] and update it with his own data. 5) For saving the excel file to the server, the plugin will get the ftp details, the username and password from the registry so as to save the data to the path details received from the server db on the server using the username and password.
