I can migrate the sql server database to cloud, which is very cheap as well. Before going to migrate I can show you a demo or a test with my database.

I have extensive VB6 experience, and can convert the application to a modern WINFORMS .NET application if you like, Prefer to convert C#, but I can leave it in VB and convert it to a Visual Studio 2013 application. Would NOT hurt to modernize. Sorry but I charge American rates.
