Voice Acting for the Joyfess Project- Paul

This is an agreement with the freelancer voice talent (hereafter referred to as the Freelancer) to do voice acting for some characters in an adventure game project. Expected Size of Script for In-Game Characters: Usually ranging between 500 and 1,500 words (These are mere ESTIMATES and the project management can always choose a different script size). ** PAYMENT RATES ** For the above expected range of of 500 to 1,500 words per character, payment rate is $0.05/word (NOTE: the rate persists even when sending a certain character's script in smaller installments) However, in the case of a not-so-much talkative character with less than 500 words (NOTE: as TOTAL for the character), a lump sum rate will be agreed upon with the Freelancer. As an example to establish a point of reference, we usually pay a lump sum equal to $10 for a character script totaling (i.e. NOT as an installment) 100 words. ** ADDITION FOR EDITING SERVICES ** Once cent will be added to the per word rate if quick editing services are provided, making the rate $0.06/word. All our payment rates to our Voice Talents are net, i.e. we make sure they fully receive the agreed rates at their end, bearing all transaction fees ourselves. ** END OF CONTRACT **
