Web Designers Needed

We are looking for a professional, creative and motivated website designer who can build a captivating and professional website. This individual would design a web hosting website and the website must be original, creative, fun, easy to navigate, and last but not least, it must be visible. Requirement for the design: 1. Individual must be able to work closely with me. However, l am open to your suggestions. The designer must have knowledge in HTML and CSS. Website designer should also used Content Management System (CMS) so that we can edit the site whenever we want to do so. COMMUNICATION IS A MUST!!! Other requirements: 1. New logo 2. New button 3. Loading pages 4. RSS feed installed 5. Five(5) major page design - Homepage - comments enabled for reviews - Contact Us - Two(2) other pages for the website (Will disclose it later) NOTE!!!!!!! Make sure that you read my requirement before bidding on my project. Deadline: The deadline for the website design would be One month from start date. Individual must have the first demo design done within two days of start date. In the first week, the first HTML design should be completed in 2 to 3 days. The first correction would be given within 24 hours. The individual is required to make all the corrections within 24 hours and response back with the updated information. On second week, the second page should be completed and by the third week, all design must be done. Payment: Total cost for the project is $150 Payment would be made in full once the website is completed and uploaded. Thank you for bidding on my project.
