Magic Vapor Customer Portal for Ordering

Goal:I am not sure which platform is going to be able to handle this. (wordpress, ipage,ect) The site will be used by current/new cusotmers to log in, view our products, and order. BUT NOT PAY. Each customer needs a unique login, and that unique login will be associate with a unique set of prices for each customer. A login will give any/all customers access to the same exact list of products, but again, unique price sets stored on the site and linked to the customer. I would like the site broken into two portions, one for hardware, and one for juice. I would also like to have pictures of the products next to the title and price. The purpose of the site is for my customers to log on, and view our products, and then enter in quantities of each product they need. I do not want them to pay on the site. I want them to build an order by entering in quantities and products, and have it sent to my email when they submit it. Ideally, When they click the submit button for the order, I will be sent a excel or csv file i can upload to our invoicing software. I WILL ATTACH AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT I WANT SENT FROM SITE TO ME. While I will pay you for this job, if it goes well I constantly have things like this i need done, and would love to keep you on retainer. I also need to put pictures next to the products, and if possible i would like some help making a banner for each page that looks cool and has a new logo for "Magic Vapor" I do have a social network and i do need links to the site. I would like the site to be 4 pages. A landing page with new products and social media posts, or industry info/news feeds. I would like a contact us page with our address, emails, numbers, and team members. I would like two order form pages. One for juice, and one for hardware. I also may want to add on a function to track inventory so i would like to keep that in mind
