Do-Follow Blog Commenting

I am looking for an experienced blog commenter who can post comments in the do-follow blogs. Every approved blog comment will be paid. You will be required to post comments on blogs in our relevant niche(clothing, urban wear, shopping). The page itself must have a PR1 and above. Each comments must be posted manually using white hat skills. Each comments posted must be relevant and add value to the blog it is posted on so that it does not get deleted. That means you cannot just say "Great article, keep up the good work" or anything along those lines. You must also write proper English, with correct spelling/grammar. Excel report: 1. Blog URL 2.
