SEO/SEM/Link Building for New Ecommerce Site

I posted this project previously on GAF but was disappointed with the prior experience and referalls of the providers. I need to see at least 10 prior sites you worked on that achieved top 5 rankings for major keywords, and I need the contact information for at least 5 referrals. Here is the project description: I am interested in getting a top 5 placement in all the major search engines (google, yahoo, msn, etc) natural results (organic) for a new e-commerce website. I will pay more based on higher ranking in the search engines. Here are the rules: -Must be done in a legal and ethical manner, following all of the rules of the search engines and general ethical standards - For example, no links from pornographic, violent, or immoral sites - No automated linking systems We are interested in permanent one way descriptive text links from websites that are related to our main theme of indoor decorating (more specific themes will be given to the winner). Please note that you MUST provide examples of previous work, and I must be able to contact them to ask them about their experience with you.
