Please read carefully before you bid We are an Indian company that owns and operate several websites. We are looking for professional SEO web promotion and link building team with at least 3 years proved experience for our Education Consultancy website. We are looking at professional SEO for a long term, paid on monthly base and an option to work on other sites of ours in the future. Here are the guidelines for the link building part- 1. We will absolutely NOT accept links from: link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, web directories, blogs, articles submission, Free For All websites, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, porn, violent, or hate-based, guest book’s, classifieds, dynamic links, spam sites, or generally black hat links 2. All links must be indexed by robots, not blacklisted from Google 3. One link per domain C part 4. The linking page has to have no more than 30 outbound links 5. All links must be static, plain, standard a href type links (no cgi etc…) and direct using provided anchor text 6. Al links must be indexable by googlebot. no rel=”nofollow”, [login to view URL] blocking and the like 7. Link page must have a recent Google cache; no less than 30 days old 8. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable 9. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks 10. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 11. Ongoing deployment of the links over 3 weeks 12. Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked links 13. Links not be through a javascript 14. Links not be through a redirect script 15. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages 16. All links should be free and not paid links 17. Links should not appear in a paid links slot such as: “sponsored” links , advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link 18. All links have to be on sites which are NOT penalized or banned by Google 19. All links have to be new, links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted 21. No use of automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) 22. Links must be permanent and remain active 24. All links will point to one domain 25. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable and will have to be replaced. 26. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 4, not just a PR4 site. We will supply a keyword package that is used for the sites but would like the wining bidder to make his own keyword research and would like to hear his recommendations before we close the keywords deal. We are talking about 15 keywords for the website (6-8 critical keywords to be in the top 10 in Google). This is what we expecting from the wining bidder: • Legitimate methods only! • To study the sites and recommend changing/adding/deleting etc... in the sites • To supply a monthly detailed report of his work. • Identify the problem areas of our website as defined by the search engines changing criteria. • Be in charge on the link exchange program. • Create search engine friendly Meta tags designed around our targeted phrases. • Identify structural issues of your site preventing us from ranking highly. • Provide ongoing monthly guidance to keep increasing our visibility. • Work directly with us to assure our company’s online success. • Address the overall issue of our website’s productivity. The goals of this project are to find a professional SEO team that will increase traffic and ROI to both sites and increase the sites PR. Things to consider before bidding • Do not bid if you do not have at least 3 years experience in the SEO field • You will have to supply a prove for your work and experience • We are aware how good SEO is done so please do not bid if you cannot do it!
