Hello, I will perform Manual entry. I would search by using Filter people by option "Faculty" & alphabetically. But the page does not seem to show all data if they are too many. I think searching needs to be like entering AA, AB, AC & so on in "enter first name" field. Not sure about how many data but will do the task, if chosen. I would perform this task using a combination of manual entry and automation. I propose to first collect the names of faculty, department and email id,- copy & paste from the website using say "A" for last name or "aa, ab,..." if the number of records exceed 100. Then after having got all the records for last name from "a" to "z". I will create a macro to remove what is not required and arrange the data in 3 columns

So the code will search for letter 'a' and if it finds too many results, it will make the criteria more specific searching 'aa'.
