I'm looking for someone to do some basic copy and paste from the web into an excel sheet, as well as some basic photo editing (just cut and resize). The freelancer that will complete this small job satisfactorily will then be assigned several more jobs same as this.
you will be provided with two URL, these URL point to two pages with a list of hotels.
For each URL, you will need to pick the top 10 hotels on the page, and for each hotel do the following:
1) Add a progressive number to the Hotel_ID field in the excel sheet provided
2) Copy the hotel File name from the URL into the respective column of the excel sheet provided.
3) Copy the hotel name into the respective column of the excel sheet provided.
4) Copy the distance value into the respective column of the excel sheet provided.
5) Copy the full text from the hotel description into the respective column of the excel sheet provided.
6) Save one picture (only one) from the hotel into a folder named "Images" (just pick the one you judge to be the best, such as one that shows the exterior, or the most attractive). The dimension of the picture must be 170x170 pxls, so you may need to use a photo editor to edit the image. Make sure the quality of the picture is sufficient for web purposes. The name of the picture must be the ID number for that hotel on the spreadsheet. The format must be jpg (example : "[login to view URL]", "[login to view URL]", etc). If there is no suitable picture or description, go to the official website of that hotel and try to find one there. If you still can't find a picture or a description, skip that hotel and use another one.
Please find attached two excel sheets, one with the source URL, and one for the data, a row has been added for example.
