Finish an Incomplete eBay store & Template Design. The design work is mostly completed, much of coding is already completed.

I need an incomplete project finished. The ebay store design is nearly finished and the template layout is completed. However, I need a flash ad completed. The listing template is also needing some work. There are some "bugs" which need to be worked out as well as some details which need corrected. I need an EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & PROFESSIONAL ebay designer who can easily work with SOMEONE else's design to quickly see it through. There is little need for creativity, but a great need to understand ebay store design, CSS, & HTML. The ebay store is dynamic so that when I add categories to my store, they are integrated into the design. The coding and images are stored on a hosting account of mine. I may ask to have it migrated to another server and this migration and a couple minor edits, which is included in this contest. I need someone who is quick to respond to messages and will complete this job very quickly.
